Amazing seafood and service . Even more amazing views at sunset. Evie's at Spanish point restaurant It's a great experience overall
went in for lunch on a Friday, delicious food, a little high priced but it was worth it for the great view, fast service and there was no one there which is a plus because i can definitely see this place being packed with people! i'll definitely be back at some point.
Quick lunch before our afternoon to see the Clyde Butcher exhibit at the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens - Spanish Point. Sat outside at the picnic tables with a nice view of the intracoastal, the dock and the pelicans. Rick enjoyed the shrimp basket - which came with eight butterflied and fried shrimp with coleslaw. Tasty. I enjoyed the blackened shrimp tacos made with pineapple salsa and queso - served with tortilla chips and spicy salsa. The blackened seasoning on the shrimp was perfect. I have had my share of "blackened" fish that appeared to have been made by leaving the fish in a cast iron skillet for too long. Not these shrimp! They were tender and the blackened flavor was spicy - reminiscent of Emeril LaGasse. We arrived at 12:30 - were pleasantly greeted and given our options of tables. Our server was great - quick - checked in - but not too pushy. Great lunch.
Just had drinks here but the view was amazing. Very good service with a nice variety of drinks.
This tiki hut is a very enjoyable restaurant.you sit out by water or under the hut and enjoy the view and weather. The food has always been very tasty fast service . Gets busy though. I must say enjoy the entertainment.
